The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients across all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, adhering to professional principles and facility policies. This includes evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, creating discharge plans, and contributing to case management.
The role requires providing quality patient care through evaluation and the development of comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in accordance with speech-language pathology practices. Candidates must maintain positive interactions with patients and staff while strictly adhering to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services.
This position is open to cover the following areas: Crawfordsville, Lafayette, or Williamsport
