The Physical Therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with various musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. Responsibilities must adhere to Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and all state and federal regulatory licensing requirements.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy and hold a current state Physical Therapy license. A current AHA BCLS certificate is required upon hire and must be maintained.
Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy 2. Current state Physical Therapy license 3.
