The nurse is responsible for providing continuity of nursing program services ethically and legally within a therapeutic environment, participating as a team member in addiction treatment services delivery. Key duties include assuming nursing case management responsibilities, coordinating nursing activities, adhering to medication management plans, and providing necessary education to clients, staff, and the public.
Candidates must possess a current Illinois RN or LPN license, demonstrate adequate written skills for timely documentation, and be proficient with computers and electronic healthcare records. Additional requirements include the ability to present lectures and maintain current CPR certification.
