This position is responsible for performing a variety of patient care and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic. The role supports the mission-driven team at International Community Health Services (ICHS).
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program. Active Medical Assistant Certification from Washington State DOH is required, with one year of healthcare experience preferred.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is required.
Experience – One (1) year in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience with using electronic health record health record (EHR) preferred; bilingual English and Asian or Spanish language preferred.
Other Requirements - Active Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification from Washington State DOH required. Medical Assistant Interim Certification must be updated to a Medical Assistant Certification prior to expiration of Medical Assistant Interim Certification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
