The Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized cardiopulmonary care, administering treatments ranging from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to complex ventilator management and external ventilation support. Key duties include applying assessment skills to manage diverse patient needs, developing care plans, and performing daily pulmonary mechanics on ventilated patients.
require an Associate's degree from an advanced level education program, a California State provisional license, and six months of clinical experience as a student RCP upon hire. Candidates must also possess current certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, all through the American Heart Association.
