This role involves completing initial referrals and processing all documentation, including invoices and service deliveries, for the Caregiver Support and Dom Care programs. The aide will also prepare required program forms, maintain provider and consumer records, and assist Care Managers with consumer contacts and other necessary program tasks.
Candidates should ideally possess an Associate Degree in Human Services or Business Management with one year of Aging experience, though relevant combinations of skills and training will be considered. Required qualifications include knowledge of Department of Aging regulations, the ability to pass criminal history and abuse clearances, and demonstrated organizational skills.
