The CV/EP Technician will support complex cardiac interventions by assisting with diagnostic testing, collecting and assessing patient data, performing the scrub role, and aiding the cardiologist during invasive coronary procedures. Key duties include operating specialized monitoring and recording equipment, maintaining calibration, ensuring radiation safety, and completing core EP tasks like operating ablation equipment and integrating EP mapping systems.
Candidates must possess two years of CVT and/or EP experience and maintain current CPR certification. Required certifications include Registered Radiologic Technologist (RTR), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), which must be obtained upon hire or within three months of orientation.

As a CV/EP Tech, you will support complex cardiac interventions within a high‑acuity environment and work closely with integrated cardiovascular units and advanced imaging services across the East Bank campus to care for patients with diverse heart and circulatory conditions.The technician will assist with these procedures while providing diagnostic testing, collecting and assessing data, performing the scrub role, and assisting the cardiologist.
