The Physical Therapist will help patients maintain or rebuild physical well-being to optimize function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life through direct treatment. Key duties include performing initial evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and consistently meeting productivity standards while collaborating with the team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Physical Therapist License from the State of Minnesota. Success in the role requires strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
