• Francis, the 13-bed inpatient rehabilitation area offers care that focuses on improving a patient’s mobility and independence through physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

• Francis Medical Center, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, your ultimate goal is restoring your patients’ health, so they have the ability to care for themselves.
• Along with physicians and other members of your rehab team, you will go along on the patients’ journey, providing care and education so they can resume their lives at home with their families.
• Carefully monitor patients for changes in neurological status or other conditions Prepare patients for various speech, physical, occupational or respiratory therapies they have scheduled each day.
• Educate the patient and caregivers on how to continue certain care at home.

Compensation

• Base rate + shift differential
• Incentives: up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years)
