The Direct Support Professional will support the individual goals of the person served, assisting with mobility, daily living activities, communication, and community integration. Responsibilities include ensuring 24/7 safety, fostering trusting relationships, and assisting with personal care, health monitoring, and community participation.
Candidates must possess a strong desire to help others with empathy, patience, and dedication, exhibiting trustworthiness and professionalism in all interactions. Required qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, a valid State of Michigan driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to scheduled shifts.
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports the individual goals of the person served and helps them become integrated into his/ her community in the least restrictive manner. The DSP may assist in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.

Rehab Technician I -HCS [Every Other Weekend]
Rehab Technician I - Home & Community [2nd shift]
Direct Support Professional - 2nd & 3rd shift FT (must be available for both shifts) Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Weds 3pm-11pm, Sat 3pm-7am Riviera
Direct Support Professional - Part-time 3rd shift including weekends (24) riviera
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - West Lake Residential Program: Full time 1st Shift
