The Admissions Liaison is tasked with overseeing a streamlined process, handling referrals, validating information, and facilitating scheduling and admission for both inpatients and outpatients. Key duties include performing pre-certifications, assembling consent packets, maintaining patient listings, and contributing statistical data to hospital systems.
Candidates should possess one or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures, although this is preferred. A requirement for this role is licensure as a clinician, with a CRRN certification and a strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels being advantageous.
