LPN Med-Surg Unit 4NT Full-Time Nights MMH

Responsibilities

• The LPN implements nursing care for assigned patients and assists the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care.
• This includes demonstrating competency in strong basic patient care skills, clerical/courier duties, stocking, transporting, and performing EKG’s, phlebotomy, specific patient care duties, and other departmental duties as requested.
• May be floated as needed treating all diversities.
• Actively demonstrates a passion for patient care while demonstrating service recovery if needed and displays service excellence at all times.
• Follows standard of care as defined within scope of Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
