This role involves acting as the local medical leader, developing a tailored strategy to meet USMA priorities while addressing local patient needs in the assigned territory. The MSL will lead scientific exchanges with oncologists and key members of the multidisciplinary team, gathering insights on the treatment landscape and informing the medical affairs strategy.
Candidates must possess an advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, or NP) and have at least two years of MSL experience or relevant therapeutic area experience, demonstrating expertise in discussing complex scientific content. Required abilities include clear communication, navigating matrix environments, understanding clinical study design, and the capacity for 40-60% domestic travel.
Advanced scientific degree required (i.e. PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA or NP) in a relevant health science or clinical discipline Ability to express ideas clearly in written documentation, one-on-one conversations and in small group dialogues Ability to navigate within a matrix environment 2+ years of MSL experience or relevant therapeutic area experience Demonstrated expertise in discussing scientific content and context to multiple audiences Strong understanding of clinical study design and protocols Basic understanding of the Healthcare system, clinical trial methodology, statistics and regulatory environment Excellent project management ability Ability to travel (40-60% by car, train and plane domestic)

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $174,000 to $261,000 . Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
