$100 - $110 / HOUR
The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist, assisting patients with exercises and mobility techniques to enhance strength and independence. Responsibilities also include observing, documenting, and reporting patient progress to the supervising therapist and physician, alongside educating patients and families on safe mobility practices.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current, valid Massachusetts license to practice as a PT. A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience, including 1-2 years doing initial PT assessments, is required, with home care experience being preferred.

1-2 years of experience doing PT initial assessments (Some Homecare experience is needed) Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.
Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.
Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current, valid Massachusetts license to practice as a PT.
Current CPR/BLS certification, and TB test results.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; home care experience preferred.
