The Certified Care Aide/Caregiver provides various personal care services to meet client needs under the supervision of the Care Coordinator, including assistance with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities also involve medication reminders, client ambulation, transporting clients, and offering companionship.
Candidates must possess a Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent/HCA Registration, along with current CPR/First Aid training or a willingness to obtain it. A negative TB test or chest x-ray is required, and the ability to travel within the service territory is necessary, with access to the internet/mobile phone and a car being preferred.
