The Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical oversight, quality assurance, and effective coordination of care while supporting high-quality in-home patient care. Key duties include utilizing problem-solving skills, conducting client visits, ensuring documentation compliance, and assessing patient status.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana and have a minimum of two years of home health nursing experience. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and strong clinical, organizational, and computer skills are also mandatory.
