The technologist will be responsible for explaining procedures to patients, performing complex imaging procedures considering age-related criteria, and assisting radiologists with invasive procedures using aseptic technique. This includes correctly sending and transferring images to the PACS system.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of radiologic technology, with an Associate degree preferred, and must comply with CLIA regulations. Required certifications include ARRT (R) upon hire, ARRT (CT) depending on experience, GMRT, and BCLS maintained quarterly.
