The Medication Aide administers medication and provides direct services aimed at promoting independence for residents at the Fairview Assisted Living Facility. This role ensures residents' health and safety needs are met according to their Individualized Service Plans.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and have satisfactorily completed a Certified Nurse's Aide program. Certification as a Medication Aide registered with the Virginia Board of Nursing is also required.
