The core responsibility involves processing patient medical referrals, ensuring the services provided are accurate and timely, and maintaining clear communications throughout the process. This role requires dedication to making the patient experience seamless and achieving positive outcomes.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care, going the extra mile to find solutions, and ensuring all research and communication related to referrals are handled appropriately. Compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations is mandatory.
Wage starts at $20.00/hourly.
Rogue Community Health is looking for a referral coordinator to join our team. Our referral coordinators are committed to excellent patient care, go the extra mile, will look under every rock until a solution can be found, and know at the end of the day that they made a difference in someone else’s life. On the outside, processing a patient’s medical referral might sound easy, but it takes the right amount of passion to ensure that the services a patient receives are accurate, and timely, communications are clear, all research has been done appropriately, and most importantly, and the patient experience is seamless and has a positive outcome. Expectations are compliance with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care, and related laws and regulations including HIPAA, and OSHA, regulations.
