Critical Care Tech

The Critical Care Tech performs direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with an RN or Physician, taking responsibility for facilitating communication and meeting the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Responsibilities also include placing orders, receiving and stocking supplies for the unit, and assisting support staff with administrative tasks.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold a current Colorado Emergency Medical Technician-Basic, A-EMT, EMT-Intermediate, or Paramedic license, along with required IV certification upon hire. One year of healthcare experience in pre-hospital, ED, or patient care is preferred, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is necessary.
