Hourly Rate

• $17.13/hr. (Includes county incentive)

What will you do as a Direct Care Professional?

• A direct care professional at MRO works with patients in an adult group home/community living support setting.
• We primarily care for individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• In this role, your duties will include performing housekeeping tasks, running errands, providing transportation, and performing basic home health care for clients.
• This care consists of assistance with basic hygiene, bathing, feeding, medical monitoring, and other health care related tasks.

Eligible employees will

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Submit to and result in a clean criminal background check
• Comply with all pre-employment and training requirements
