The practitioner is responsible for providing respiratory therapy to patients based on established standards and physician orders. This involves executing therapeutic interventions as directed by medical orders.
Candidates must possess a current California Respiratory Care Practitioner license and required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP upon hire. Two years of experience as an RCP and NBRC certification are preferred.
Provides respiratory therapy to patients orders, according to established standards and practices.
1. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 2. Certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred 3. 2 years as a RCP preferred 4. Current CA Respiratory Care Practitioner license required 5. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP require upon hire 6. MAB certification within 60 days of hire
