The Physician Assistant will perform direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment implementation, and monitoring patient management plans. They will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must have a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution and a current North Carolina PA-C or NP license. A completed residency training and at least one year of experience in a primary care setting are required.

First Choice Community Health Centers, an FQHC, are recruiting for a full time Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) at several of our North Carolina locations. This role will works as part of the clinic provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. Performs these functions in collaboration with a licensed physician. The APP is a member of the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) health care team.
