The physician is responsible for providing total medical care and services to patients in accordance with established regulations and policies. This includes patient education, communication with other physicians, and performing medical duties as required.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of medicine and have completed a residency in their specialty. A current state license to practice medicine and relevant certifications are also required.
To provide total medical care/services to patients as related to their specialty. Services are provided in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies established by the job descriptions of the State of Maryland, BPQA, AMA, HCFA, and AAMC.
