Candidates must be fully licensed as an LCSW or LPC and have experience providing high-quality clinical work in a supportive environment. The role requires some evening availability and weekends are highly sought after.

Provide individual therapy to clients and include collaterals when appropriate. Provide group therapy if the therapist has group therapy experience and is interested in running a group. Create a treatment plan for clients, with ongoing modifications based on client progress in therapy. Prepare clients for the completion of their treatment. Act as a client advocate and liaison with community resources and other providers when needed.
