The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a primary care provider for a panel of patients, managing their care through outpatient visits, communication, specialty referrals, and patient education. Responsibilities also include providing routine health maintenance, expert care for acute illnesses, and managing common chronic conditions.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family Practice and possess a current MA NP License, Board Certification, DEA, MCSR, and BLS certification. A minimum of two years of NP experience is required, and computer literacy with EMR experience is necessary.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $124,800 annually.

The Nurse Practitioner provides care appropriate to the patient population served, including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions, and management of acute illness for patients. Position is full time and hours may include evening shifts and Saturday rotation based on clinic needs.

Shifts will include an one evening and some Saturday and holiday rotation.
