The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner will provide specialized care and management for patients with acute and chronic wounds, collaborating with the facility wound nurse and nursing team. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, performing wound management procedures, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing and current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Illinois. Certification in Wound Care is preferred, along with experience in an acute care or outpatient setting.
