The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations and treatments for children participating in the Illinois Early Intervention Program. They will assess the effectiveness of the Plan of Care and maintain client clinical records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Candidates must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist under the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act and hold an Illinois Early Intervention Occupational Therapy Credential. Non-credentialed therapists can receive assistance in obtaining the required credential.
