As a Physical Therapist, you will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help seniors regain mobility and improve overall function. You will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care and educate patients and families on safe mobility.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school with a degree in Physical Therapy and hold a license to practice in the State of Wisconsin. The position is suitable for both seasoned clinicians and new graduates.
