• COTA responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy treatments as directed by a licensed occupational therapist Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) Encourage functional independence through therapeutic interventions Monitor and document residents' progress toward goals Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care Support residents with compassion and professionalism We’re looking for a COTA who is dependable, enthusiastic about senior care, and driven to make a difference.
