Assist Physical Therapists in providing patient-centered care to seniors and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
Candidates must have a current Wisconsin PTA license and strong clinical skills with a passion for working with older adults. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities are also required.
