The Service Coordinator plans, coordinates, and monitors early intervention services for children with developmental disabilities and their families. Responsibilities include scheduling home visits, creating individualized family service plans, and advocating for families to access necessary community resources.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field or possess at least five years of related experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Basic skill in computer software programs Ability to function as a team-player Skill in mediation and conflict-management Knowledge of community resources Excellent facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human services field or a minimum of five years related experience Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills BILINGUAL - Spanish / English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human services field or a minimum of five years related experience Knowledge of resources, policies, and history of EI systems at local, state, and national levels Experience working with children ages zero to three Two years case management experience working with people with developmental disabilities and their families Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license Proof of motor vehicle insurance Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work No major violations in the past three years.
