Responsible for patient safety in the operating room by assessing health status and developing individualized nursing care plans. Coordinates the intraoperative environment, maintains sterile fields, and collaborates with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, an active Washington State RN license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least 6 months of perioperative nursing experience, with 2+ years preferred.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare providers (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
IV skills or certification 2+ years of perioperative nursing experience, i.e. scrubbing and circulating Demonstrated achievement of performance standards for intraoperative nursing according to AORN (Association of perioperative Registered Nurses) standards of practice Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
