The role involves implementing the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care, demonstrating technical skills that result in safe practice and positive outcomes. Responsibilities also include clear communication, effective collaboration to optimize patient care, and developing self while contributing to the professional practice of nursing.
Candidates must have a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program and must obtain current BLS Provider Certification during Nursing Orientation. An Ohio RN license is not required to apply, but employment may be contingent on obtaining one after an offer is made.
