The Caregiver will ensure the day-to-day care of residents is provided sensitively and professionally, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living as requested. Responsibilities also include performing housekeeping, laundry duties, responding to emergency calls, and collaborating with dining and program teams for quality care.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and warmly, showing a passion for working with senior citizens. While a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid certification is preferred, the role requires physical stamina, including standing or walking 75% of the day and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
