The LPN will provide care in a group home setting for individuals with special needs, including conducting daily face-to-face evaluations and administering medications and treatments as ordered by a physician. Duties also involve charting and communicating with the RN, along with overseeing and assisting with PSA tasks.
Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, current CPR certification, and must be able to commit to a minimum of two weekends per month for 8-hour shifts. Applicants are also required to pass a background check and provide proof of physical examination and TB screening results.

LPN Positions - 8hr shifts - REQUIRED 2 weekends a month minimum. Provide care in a group home setting with a maximum of 3 individuals. Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily. Administer medications, provide treatments according to physician's orders, Charting. Communicate with RN. Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and offer assistance as needed. Pay is $23 an hour, paid weekly and not held!
Qualifications: CPR Physical & TB Valid Licensed LPN Background check required
High School Diploma or GED Tuberculosis Screening Test Results (Self Paid) Physical (Self Paid) CPR/First Aid at least 1 year experience with developmentally disabled Recent 7-year Motor Vehicle Report copy if hired (DMV)
