The Program Coordinator Assistant helps build meaningful lives for adults with disabilities by overseeing and monitoring the implementation of person-centered planning and individual goals. This role involves managing the needs of group homes for people with disabilities, balancing oversight duties with direct support tasks.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid driver's license, qualifying them as an approved driver with required personal vehicle insurance coverage. Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional is implied for career advancement into this role.

Provide support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation. Encourage and support clients in community integration activities. Document client progress and coordinate with team members to ensure effective support. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
