The Registered Nurse performs patient assessments, collaborates on care plans, and promotes patient independence through teaching and rehabilitation measures. Responsibilities also include supervising LPNs and HHAs, timely documentation, communicating progress, and performing on-call duties.
Candidates must have one or more years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, though less experience may be accepted with VP Clinical approval or participation in an Intern program. A current state-specific RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are mandatory.
