The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the resident's physical, mental, and psychological well-being through observation, assessment, documentation, and reporting of condition changes. This role involves administering prescribed medications, overseeing aides, conducting physician rounds, and managing incident and discharge procedures.
Candidates must have completed an RN program from an accredited institution and maintain an active Registered Nurse license in good standing within the state of Texas. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
