The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This professional nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services, utilizing community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes and communities.
Candidates must possess a valid Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN) to perform the duties of this position. Previous experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred but not strictly required.
