$21 - $23 / HOUR
The primary responsibility is training to become a Nursing Assistant while providing care to residents, aiming to deliver superior care that values every human life. This role involves actively participating in the training process to achieve Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) certification.
Candidates must be willing to obtain NAR certification in Minnesota and possess strong communication skills, compassion, and respect for the elderly and those needing care. The role also requires the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
Nursing Assistant in Training
$21-$23 per hour (DOE). Additional 75 cents per hour shift differential after 2pm. Shift differential increases to $2 per hour from 10pm-6am. Pay increases $2 per hour upon achieving NAR certification. $2000 Sign on Bonus for new hires! We will pay for tuition, books, and tests to help you get your Nursing Assistant certification!!
