The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, supporting clients in directing their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include using age-appropriate skills, assisting members in developing cost-effective health care plans, and promoting patient-centered, multi-disciplinary care.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold a current, unrestricted license in the state of practice (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) before the start date. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting plus three to five years in a related environment such as a clinic or FQHC.
