The Nurse Technician performs basic patient care tasks including hygiene, grooming, mobility support, and general nursing care such as positioning and lifting. Responsibilities also include taking and documenting vital signs, assisting with admissions/discharges, and maintaining a clean patient environment.
Candidates are required to have a High School Diploma/GED and current CPR/BLS certification, with preferred experience of six months in a healthcare setting. Essential attributes include teamwork, effective communication, and critical thinking skills.
