$24 - $30 / HOUR
The Certified Medication Technician will safely and accurately administer prescribed medications and document all administration, while also assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed. This role requires working under the supervision of a registered nurse and promptly reporting any incidents or medication errors.
Candidates must possess an active Certified Medication Technician certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of hands-on experience as a CMT. Essential qualifications include expertise in safe medication administration, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to care.
