Providers are responsible for offering 24-hour supervision and support to an individual with intellectual disabilities while creating a welcoming and inclusive home environment. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, along with the ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) is preferred, and applicants must be willing to provide a safe living environment within their home.
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with individuals with IDD preferred Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to provide a safe and supportive living environment within your home. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Home is within 30 miles of Monroe
