include providing patient care, managing medication administration and treatments, providing medication education, and completing necessary documentation. The role also requires performing computer data entry after receiving full training.
Candidates must be licensed to practice Nursing in Texas as an LVN and should have at least one year, preferably two or more years, of experience as a direct care nurse. Competency in advanced skills like managing gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies is required.
Lubbock State Supported Living Center LVN Need 3 LVNs Needed: Shifts would be either- 2pm-10pm (Required to work every other weekend shift) OR two doubles on the weekend
