What You’ll Do: Prepare operatories for set-up, decontamination, sterilization, cleaning, restocking, maintaining lab & procedural areas and ensuring equipment is ready for each patient.
Provides positive customer service to patients by escorting, communicating, and prepping them for care by doctor.
Review history and progress of treatment plans with patients.
Takes blood pressure and monitors patients before and after surgery Takes X-Rays, intra oral scanning, coordinates lab cases.
Records treatment information on patient’s charts, schedules appointments, and provides follow up and post op direction and instructions to patients.
What You Need: Graduate of accredited Surgical Assisting program Two years of Surgical Assisting experience required Skill in utilizing standard surgical office equipment including Autoclave, statim, model trimmer, Panoramic/CBCT, oxygen, laser, intra oral camera, hand pieces, etc.
