This dynamic individual will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy, while integrating the concepts of Patient Centered Care into all nursing activities. Responsibilities include involving the patient and family in psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional needs assessment, constructing and implementing the plan of care, and coordinating the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited or NLN approved RN program and hold a current Nevada nursing license, along with current ACLS & BLS certificates. Preferred experience includes one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting, and completion of Handle with Care training within six months of employment.
