An active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico and a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program are required. Candidates should have prior hospice experience and strong clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive palliative care assessments addressing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs Manage complex symptoms such as pain, dyspnea, nausea, and fatigue using evidence-based approaches Lead goals-of-care conversations, including advance care planning and end-of-life decision support Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to deliver coordinated care Evaluate and facilitate appropriate transitions to home health or hospice services Document care plans and clinical decisions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico MSN or DNP from an accredited program; board certification (FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent) required Prior hospice experience at some point in your nursing career Strong clinical judgment and confidence managing complex symptom burden Ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity Excellent communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams A patient-centered mindset and the ability to work independently with accountability Why Join Us At Corus Medical, you’re not just stepping into a role — you’re joining a mission: to bring out the courage in others.
