The Clinical Nurse partners with and advocates for patients and families to provide necessary physical, emotional, and spiritual support, ensuring patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN utilizes the nursing process and evidence-based principles to manage a diverse caseload while collaborating with and guiding the inter-professional care team.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required, with a BSN needed or obtainable within five years of hire, unless the candidate has a minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience and signs a specific agreement. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio RN license and current AHA BLS certification, with no prior job-related work experience mandated.
